Yoga and Meditation

This class begins with a gentle, grounding yoga practice to prepare the body for meditation.
Next, we will use various props such as blankets and bolsters to get as comfortable as possible & move to a 15-30 minute, pre-recorded, guided meditation that will focus on a different aspect/topic each class.
Please bring an extra layer, cozy socks and any other items (ie: eye pillow) to add to your comfort.
