This class begins with a gentle, grounding yoga practice to prepare the body for meditation.
Next, we will use various props such as blankets and bolsters to get as comfortable as possible & move to a 15-30 minute, pre-recorded, guided meditation that will focus on a different aspect/topic each class.
Please bring an extra layer, cozy socks and any other items (ie: eye pillow) to add to your comfort.

With the use of props we will find softness as we connect to our more Yin, quiet, feminine aspects helping to regulate the body's flow of energy.
